What counts as an API request?
+
Each call routed through SentinelMesh counts as one request, regardless of which underlying model fulfils it. Credits are consumed based on actual token usage by the destination model at its published rate.
Can I switch plans at any time?
+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. No lock-in — cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens when I hit my credit limit?
+
Community plan: API calls are blocked until the next billing cycle. Builder, Scale, and Enterprise: additional usage is billed at the overage rate — no surprise outages, with warnings at 80% and 95% usage.
Does the self-learning router require extra setup?
+
No — it starts learning from your first API call automatically. Each account's routing improves for your specific usage patterns over time, with every decision visible and explained.
Is my data private and secure?
+
Yes. Every account's data and configured integrations are isolated — we never mix tenants' data or use it to train shared models. Traffic is encrypted in transit and at rest.
